1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AiVox. By downloading, installing, or using the AiVox mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AiVox ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the App and its services.

2. Description of Service

AiVox is a mobile application designed to enhance your headphone experience by providing the following services:

  • Bluetooth connectivity management for headphones and audio devices
  • Audio recording capabilities with noise cancellation features
  • Real-time translation services supporting multiple languages
  • Audio playback and management features
  • Device settings and customization options

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AiVox. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using AiVox, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Account and Registration

Some features of AiVox may require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

When using AiVox, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Collect or harvest any information from the App using automated means
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and audio) are owned by AiVox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

  • Modify or create derivative works based on the App
  • Distribute, transmit, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for commercial purposes

7. Recording and Translation Services

AiVox provides recording and translation features. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to record conversations or audio
  • Translation services are provided "as is" and may not be 100% accurate
  • You should not rely solely on translations for critical communications
  • Recording laws vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for compliance
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of recording or translation features

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AiVox, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

AiVox may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiVox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the App. Your continued use of AiVox after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to AiVox immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the App and deleting it from your device.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AiVox operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
